I was mostly impressed with the military kit. It came out exactly like the photo and was designed flawlessly. I would know, I have been painting these kits for 26 years. The Other paint kit was also designed perfect. I have painted a bunch of kits with these cherry blossoms but not one of them came out looking real. My iPad takes horrible pictures. These 2 kits are awesome and the photo does not reflect the perfection. I am close to purchasing a camera that will take better pictures. My look dull but they are not dull at all. I give Paintly 5 stars and will purchase more in the future.
Love it! So pretty in my bathroom. I ordered this already framed. Since I use an art dot back light when diamond painting, it doesn't shine thru the wood frame making it a bit more challenging to finish the edges. But it was fun and I didn't have to worry about finding a canvas or frame when complete. I just sealed it with Sparkle Mod Podge and hung it up.
The paints were good quality. The colors were lovely. But the numbers on the canvas were blurred or way too small. I had to kind of make up what I thought it should be.
My husband painted this and not only did it look great, but he thoroughly enjoyed painting and was sorry when he was done. Guess we'll have to buy more from Paintly Kits.
"Meadow Cat Reverie" The picture came out great, I love it. The canvas was good and the numbers and letters were very clear. I had very little trash drills. But the glue was awful. I had residue on my fingers and stylus. The day after I worked a section the drills moved on their own. I had to double seal it when I was done.
