We want you to love your Paintly kit. If something isn’t right, the process below makes returns simple and clear.

How returns work

Request

Email hello@paintlykits.com with your order # and reason. Include photos if damaged.

Approval & address

We confirm eligibility and send the return address + instructions.

Refund

After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return window & eligibility

  • Eligible items can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all components.
  • We may decline returns that are used, missing parts, or not in their original condition.

Exchanges & warranty

  • No exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
  • No warranty beyond what’s required by applicable law.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • If we’re at fault, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll make it right with a refund (or same-item replacement at our discretion).

Refund timing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
