• USA: 7–10 business days

• Australia: 7–9 business days

• UK: 6–9 business days

• Canada: 8–11 business days

• Germany & France: 7–10 business days

Standard shipping is free for all countries we ship to.

Yes! We currently ship to the USA, Australia, UK, Canada, Germany, and France.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote areas like Alaska and Hawaii.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or email us at hello@paintlykits.com.

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items.

We include free insurance for all orders. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please email hello@paintlykits.com with photos (if damaged).

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us immediately at hello@paintlykits.com. Once the order is dispatched, we can’t change the address. Reshipping fees may apply.

We don’t currently offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.

No experience needed! Our kits are designed for beginners and experienced painters alike. Just match the numbers on the canvas to the numbers on the paint pots — it's that simple.

Yes! Most designs are available in multiple sizes. Options like framed canvas or rolled canvas are available depending on the design. Select your preferred option on the product page before checkout.

Absolutely! Head over to our Custom Paint by Numbers section and upload your photo. We'll turn it into a paintable masterpiece. Custom kits take 2–5 extra business days to prepare.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Please email us at hello@paintlykits.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes before your kit ships.

Check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it still doesn’t show up, email us — we'll assist with a resolution or replacement depending on courier proof.

That’s not typical! If something’s missing, email us with your order number and we’ll ship replacements ASAP.

If your paints arrive dried out or unusable, we’ll send replacements free of charge. Be sure to keep the lids sealed tightly after opening.
