Changing your address
Catch it before it ships and we'll fix it.
Before it ships: message us as soon as you can and we'll update the address.
After it ships: the address can't be changed.
Returned parcels: if a wrong address sends it back to us, reshipping postage is on you.
Where we deliver
Nearly everywhere, with a few exceptions.
P.O. Boxes, we need a street address for delivery.
Military addresses, APO, FPO and base addresses.
Some remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Lost or damaged
Every order is insured on the way, free.
Lost or arrived damaged: send a photo with your order number and we'll replace it or refund it.
Marked delivered but missing? Check around the property and your local post office first, it almost always turns up.
Wrong address at checkout isn't covered by the insurance.
Refunds
Fair cover, made-to-order rules.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect: covered for 60 days, a full refund or free replacement, your choice, and you keep whatever arrived.
Refunds are paid within 5 business days.
Change of mind: kits are made to order, so we can't refund one. Within 24 hours of ordering we can still cancel it.
