Shipping Policy

1) Order processing time

  • Orders process in 2–3 business days (excl. weekends/holidays).
  • Customized orders may need 2–5 business days.
  • Peak season (Nov–Dec) can extend processing times.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

2) Changes to the shipping address

  • If you need to update the address, email hello@paintlykits.com as soon as possible.
  • We can’t modify an address once the parcel has been dispatched.
  • Please double-check details at checkout. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed status, a restocking/return fee may apply or we can reship at the customer’s expense.

3) Methods, costs & estimates

We currently ship via Standard Shipping only. See the regional tables above for rates and estimated business-day delivery windows. Estimates begin after dispatch and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, and customs.

4) Shipping restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or certain remote areas (including Alaska & Hawaii).

5) Packages damaged, lost, or missing in transit

  • All orders include complimentary transit insurance for loss or damage. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
  • We’re not responsible for packages marked Delivered that subsequently go missing, or for shipments sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

6) Returns & refunds

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
  • If a package is returned due to address issues or failure to pick up, a return/restocking fee may apply; reshipment postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No exchanges and no product warranty. If an item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 60 days and we’ll arrange a refund or same-item replacement (at our discretion). Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection. See our full Returns Policy for details.
