Pop in your order number or your tracking number and see exactly where your kit is right now. The order number starts with PK and is on your confirmation email. The tracking number is in the email we sent when it shipped.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most kits arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of being sent. Every kit takes a few days to make before that, whichever one you ordered.

Tracking has not moved for a few days. Is that normal?

Yes, more often than not. Tracking can go quiet for several days in the middle of a journey and then jump forward all at once. If it has been quiet for more than a week, get in touch and we will chase it for you.

It says delivered and I do not have it.

Check around the property and with neighbours first, then ask at your local post office. It almost always turns up within a day. If it does not, contact us and a real person will sort it out.

Can I change my address or my order?

If your kit has not been sent yet, usually yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will do what we can.
