Our minimum first order is 25 units, which can be any combination of kits across our collections. This allows you to test a variety of designs and see what resonates with your customers. After your first order, there are no minimum reorder requirements — you can order as many or as few kits as you need.

Absolutely. We encourage it. You can combine any of our Signature Collection kits, 80 Color Premium kits, and accessories in a single order. Your wholesale discount is based on the total number of units in the order, regardless of which products you choose. This makes it easy to curate the perfect selection for your store.

At this time, our wholesale program is designed for bulk ordering and inventory stocking. We don’t currently offer a traditional dropship program. However, if you’re an online retailer with a strong track record, we’re open to discussing fulfillment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us and let’s chat.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If any kits arrive damaged or defective, we’ll replace them at no cost. For undamaged products, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders for unsold inventory, as our pricing already reflects significant discounts. Any quality concerns are handled swiftly by your account manager.

We have specific guidelines for marketplace selling. In general, we allow wholesale partners to sell on their own websites and in physical retail locations. Selling on major marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Walmart requires prior written approval, and we require that you maintain our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) to protect all our partners. Details are provided during onboarding.

We offer custom packaging and branding options for Premium tier partners (500+ units per order). This includes custom box inserts, branded packaging materials, and co-branded product labels. Private label (white label) arrangements are available for larger commitments — contact us to discuss minimum quantities and pricing for custom branding.

We review wholesale applications within 3–5 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your wholesale pricing sheet, full product catalog, and instructions for setting up your wholesale account. From there, you can place your first order immediately. Most partners receive their first shipment within 7–10 days of applying.

First orders are prepaid. After establishing a track record with us (typically 3+ successful orders), qualified wholesale partners may apply for Net 30 payment terms. We also accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Payment flexibility is something we discuss with each partner based on their order history and volume.

Yes! We offer a sample pack of 5 kits at a reduced rate so you can evaluate our product quality firsthand before placing a larger order. Sample packs include a mix of our bestselling designs and arrive within 3–5 business days. Many of our partners start with a sample pack and place their first full order within a week.

Wholesale Program Terms

  • All wholesale partners must have a valid business license, tax ID, or resale certificate. We verify business credentials during the application review process.
  • Minimum first order quantity is 25 units. Subsequent reorders have no minimum quantity requirement.
  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended for approved partners only. Do not share pricing details publicly or with non-approved third parties.
  • Partners must maintain our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy when selling online. Specific MAP pricing is provided during onboarding.
  • Selling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart) requires prior written approval from Paintly Kits.
  • Paintly Kits reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing, tier thresholds, and program terms. Partners will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
  • Accounts with no orders for 12 consecutive months may be moved to inactive status. You can always contact us to reactivate your wholesale account.
  • Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no charge. Claims must be filed within 14 days of receiving your shipment, with photos of the damage.
